¡ù  Market Analysis
Now, China is the third largest auto producer and the second biggest auto consumer in the world. It is estimated that China’s auto owning number would reach 62 million by 2010 and China’s domestic auto demand would be over 20 million by 2020, thus exceeding the US to become the first largest auto consumer market in the world. Auto part industry is an important part of auto industry. With fast development of our auto industry, auto parts industry has undertaken continuous fast growth. It is estimated that industrial output value of China’s auto parts would reach 1300 billion yuan by 2010. According to international operating standard, the proportion of the completed vehicles and parts shall be 1:1.7. Today, the proportion of our parts industry in auto industry is 35%~36%. On such a basis, there is a big room for China’s auto parts industry to improve. It is estimated that parts industry will enjoy a fast development during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, just following the fast development of the completed vehicles. Enjoying a reputation of “China’s Detroit”, quick development of Guangzhou’s auto manufacture industry provides a solid industrial foundation and strong market support.

Guangzhou Municipal Government has been greatly promoting the development of the auto parts industry. It is estimated that output value of Guangzhou’s auto industry would reach 360 billion yuan by 2010, among which parts output value would reach 160 billion yuan. Guangzhou’s objective is to accept transfer of the international auto parts production and become a “global supplier” of the auto parts. At present, functional accessories in Guangzhou’s local auto parts industry are not many, and especially, auto electronic parts with high technologies need more development, therefore, there are many auto products to be developed at Guangzhou. Meanwhile, for moulds, rubber and chemicals, Guangzhou has a fine industrial foundation; there is a big associated room with auto industry. CAPE’08 to be held at Guangzhou would become an international exhibition greatly concerned by domestic and overseas auto product suppliers, purchasers and media for win-win development.

¡ù  Participation procedure
¡ñ  The unit should carefully fill in the “Participating-exhibition application”, the person in charge must sign and seal, and then fax them with business license to committee. Remit the fee in one time (or 50% deposit) to the assigned account number within sever days after registration, then assure the place for exhibition, and pay off the balance before May 8, 2008.

¡ñ  If the participant wants only to transfer the exhibition stand to other companies without the permission, the sponsor will have the right to revoke his exhibition booth and can’t return participation rate.  Uproot fake, inferior and tort  goods£»If the participant’s exhibits do not assort with exhibition requirements, the sponsor will reserve the right of disqualifying and not returning participation rate.

¡ñ  Place and Adverting are arranged by the subcommittee, distribution principles: “first apply, first pay, first distribute” The assistant unit will be given priority arrangement; the finial right for place adjustment will be reserved by subcommittee. Without the permission, the qualification of exhibition will be withdrawn if the businessman wants only to transfer the exhibiting place, uproot fake and inferior goods.

¡ñ  After remitting all cost, the participants fax the money order copy to subcommittee for checkout. Bill is open by the subcommittee financial section in the spot or post to according to its request. The fee for exhibition is not returned if resigning in the course. If the exhibition stops caused by some unresisting factors (such as war, nature disaster, epidemic situation, administrative decree). Both sides needn’t adhere to the contract, and ascertain responsibility of the other side’s breaking the contract, but the money of the participants will be returned.

¡ñ  The Admission Notice and handbook about participating in the exhibition will be posted, sent or e-mailed to all the participants before one month of the exhibition.
