How do I login?

Enter your Member ID, Password and Security Code, then click the "Sign In" button at the top-right corner of the homepage.

If you check the "Remember me" box when you login, and you do not log out, you won't have to login each time you come back. Your browser will "remember" your Member ID on your computer and your contact details will be pre-completed automatically when you send inquiries. To ensure your security however, you will always be asked to login to access secure parts of the site.

Why do I get an error when I type in my password?

  1. Check how you are typing your password. Remember that passwords for Amb2b are case-sensitive. Example, if you entered "comPL3X" as a password during registration, the site will only accept "comPL3X", not "compl3x" or "COMPL3X".
  2. Check if your keyboard CAPS LOCK has been accidentally activated. This may have caused you to unintentionally type your password in the wrong case.
  3. Maybe you haven’t verify your Email and activate your Member Account

What if I have forgotten my password?

To protect the safety of customer account, password was secured with MD5-Based Encryption in cnamnic.com, so you can not read it directly if password was sent to you by System Email.

If you forget your password, please choose a new password for yourself. To confirm a new password, simply take the following steps:

  1. Click the "Forgotten Password?" link below the Sign in box at the top-right corner of the homepage.
  2. Enter your Member ID and registered Email, and then click "Submit."
  3. Check your registered Email box to receive Amb2b Confirmation Email for retrieval password.
  4. Clicked the URL you received, you will visit password retrieval page, and just submit your new password in this new page.

How do I get my cookies to work?

You will need to configure your browser to accept cookies. You can find out how to make your browser accept cookies here.

How do I update my Member Profile?

  1. Once logged in, click on the “Edit Member Profile” link in the left navigation bar.
  2. On the Member Profile screen, type in your new or updated information in the appropriate fields.
  3. Click Submit to save your changes.

How do I change my password?

  1. Once logged in, find the Account Information box in the left navigation bar.
  2. Click Modify Password link.
  3. Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, and then click Submit.

Note: Password must be 6-10,case-sensitive characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9, underscore, no spaces)

How do I modify my email address?

To ensure the safety of Member Account, you must confirm it after modifying email address.

To modify your email address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the “Modify Email” button.
  3. Input a new Email address, and click the "Modify and Verify the new email" button.
  4. Check your new mailbox and receive a Confirmation Email from Amb2b.com .
  5. Click the URL link in this Email, and then complete the activation operation.
